Renault’s ZX1 Coupé Concept Trail Blazes New Megane
The buzz of the 78th International Geneva Motor Show, gave Renault the opportunity to show the international car scene  a hint of things to come when they revealed their ZX1 coupé concept car. The prestigious motoring arena bore witness to Renault`s brand new design focus, with its futuristic and visually impressive offering of slick design, dragonfly vertical doors and rear view cameras. This matched by a stunning interior crammed with the latest technology impressed the motoring community, leaving them in no doubt that Renault had finally come up with a car designed for the 21st century.
This new emphasis on design comes after a raft of criticisms of the latest Laguna & Twingo ranges, which have both been under fire by car critics for their uninspiring design impact.
Commenting at the Geneva show Stéphane Janin, of Renault, said “We have focussed to much on technical points, and now we want people to fall in love with our cars.”
The UK Leasing industry will be eagerly waiting to see how many of these exciting design features will be incorporated when the new Renault Megane goes into production later this year. Over the past few years Renault have built an enviable reputation for building high quality and reliable cars, and the new Renault Megane, with its new focus on design, promises to make it an interesting year for the UK car industry.
Leasing specialists are already predicting business to be brisk in the leased market when the new Megane is released at the Paris Car Show in October. Find a full range of brokers able to supply the Renault car range at the Car Leasing Directory
